Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Supervisor or distinctive senior managers as required.
- Liaising among the Supervisor and different employees.
- Developing schooling materials and conducting schooling periods and workshops.
- Establishing business agency facts and focusing on shared commercial enterprise agency goals
- Hiring and schooling new employees.
- Monitoring every man or woman and organization method basic overall performance metrics.
- Assisting with extraordinary administrative tasks, whilst required.
- Relaying productivity problems to the Supervisor
- Preparing procedure descriptions and painting schedules.
- Providing workforce with technical steering and assistance.
